In this example you pay 100,000 Euros, 10% of a 1,000,000 Euro yacht. 

This is one time investment permits each shareholder the use of the yacht 1/10 of the yaer or 4 weeks. The annual operational expenditures and capital reserves for the complete use are similarly divided between the shareholders. 

The estimated total annual expenditure, crew costs, insurance, maintenance, repair and equipment of the yacht amount in total to 100,000 Euros. Your annual portion of this would be, in this example, 10,000 Euros.
